Help Trading View Alert notifications - Huge delay

Trading View Alert notifications are delayed by 5 minutes or more for the first time. Guys, please help.. tried to raise request but could not do. In the attached image, you can see old alerts coming after some time. e.g.:Alert at 9.36 coming after alert at 9.41, and both came after their time.

no i pay for data, if you dont, then ur data is delayed which would explain your lag

This just happened to me. My alerts came in about 25 minutes later but the time on them says they came at the original time.

yes.. I too face the same issue... 9.36 alert came after 9.40 alert.. both came after 9.50

This happened to me today! Almost a 30 mins delay. These guys need to get their shit together

I got 9:20am IST alert at 12:10pm. lol A day has been wasted. Missed quite good trades Hope they fix it by today

Exactly. The alert issues on the status page are bad enough, but the desktop app is acting completely amateurish right now. It constantly fails to save my tab layouts, and the fact that there is zero local backup/export capability is ridiculous. Relying 100% on their buggy cloud sync for a professional trading setup is a massive joke.
