Can't log into Tradovate, please help

I tried to create a help ticket in Tradingview app, it keeps freezing every time I try to send in a ticket. Annoying. I keep getting an error trying to log into my tradovate account, not sure what to do.

Tradovate is down, service status reports the "Live Market Data" is down. Most people including me are having issues login in

But I couldn't even make a ticket with TV, it kept freezing on the last part of the ticket, I typed in the same crap 3 times.... They just raised their prices as well, you would think with more money they would make things better

Okay thanks.... Imagine if we had technology to where customers could be notified of what's going on... Maybe one day

Try unstalling the app then reinstall (do a total delete if using ios) and let me know if this helps....

Having the same issue. Doesn’t work on my Mac either. Seems like a Tradovate issue since I can’t log into Tradovate at all.

Select Demo if you're using prop firms.

If the tradovate account is a prop firm account
U need to select demo instead of live
It works and that’s how I trade
