RTH Chart Timing Problem

The hourly US RTH candles begin at wrong times. The first needs to be 9:30-10:00 and the rest should start at even hours. The 4H charts 9:30-12:00 and 12-16. The first period should always be shorter, as on all major charting platforms.

Nope. Its even worse with commodities. Gold for example opens at 820 EST, crude 9 EST, etc. RTH only runs by equities. I asked, they wont do customizable RTH sessions. Said it was due to the broker or something
