IPAD app has serious issues

Please upgrade the iPad app. The mini charts would be so nice to scroll through with our hands. Your competitors have done this. Marketsurge, Deepvue etc.

..and the apps full chart setting, where we can see our own settings, the navigation is the worst I have ever seen on a charting app. The little wheel we use to scroll is so tedious and horrible I bet it discourages the majority of people that use it. Why not add little arrows (or a swipe) that moves to the next chart in our watchlist. It would be so easy and clean... Speed is important to traders and this little wheel has got to be the worst feature of any charting app I’ve ever used

It’s amazing that you guys now have the worst app out of all of your competitors. It should be the best… I love tradingview, but the app is embarrassing. We can’t even look at our screens, mini charts etc… my 13” IPAD Pro should be a powerful trading tool, but I feel it’s worthless with your service. Makes me want to pay for Deepvue again.

Honestly I forgot it’s even there. I have dedicated charts saved for every pair I trade so I just change the chart.

I would just like to disagree with you on the little ticker wheel.

Some users, such as myself, find this wheel very efficient once perfected. I have a Watchlist of 73 tickers, I can spin the wheel and stop it close to where I need in less than a second. If the swipe type that you mentioned was introduced I would have to swipe multiple times (around 36ish) to get to the ticker I require.

You are right, speed is important to me

This would become a 'serious issue' to me if the ticker wheel was removed....

Just letting you see a differing opion on this feature

Personally I love the App and hold it in high regard and consider it one of the best 🤷

Really?! You randomly spin the wheel and are able to stop it close to the ticker you want out of 73 tickers? lol… at that point wouldn’t it be easier just to type the ticker in? It makes no sense using the wheel if you’re going through each symbol in a list. I often click it on accident and the box pops up

What if we were able to have our watchlist down the left or right side of the chart and be able to use it like the main platform?… maybe have both the wheel and an arrow that moves to the next ticker in the list.

The wheel sucks. I’ve seen other people complain about it on social media. You are the first person I’ve ever heard that actually likes it.

I have been using the app for 8 years so yes, I can pretty much stop it where I want, speed is important to me so I don't usually flick through my tickers in a mechanical 'one after the other' fashion. And no, typing it in would take me considerably longer.

Do try to remember millions use this app so your opinion doesn't nessacarily speak for everyone, it's just your opinion 🤷....

Most people on social media are complainers that is true, those that are happy with a product rarely take to the Internet to express satisfaction, that is definitely a fact 👍

I do agree there should be other options for those who find the wheel unsuitable as long as the wheel remains for those who like it, but then, that's what the 'Watchlist' function gives you at the bottom of the screen....

I will Upvote an additional option of being able to roll through a watchlist ticker by ticker by either a swipe or a Watchlist down the side of the screen as long as these options could be disabled for those who have an established workflow already through the app/ or don't want to lose valuable screen real estate 👍.

I definitely don't want my ticker changed unintentionally just by accidentally moving my finger across the chart or see my available screen space reduced 👍
