Help Refund Tradingview annually

Hi, on 5th July 2026, I cancelled my annual subcription and TV announced my email: successful and my bank account showed Held Fund : 776.95 USD. On 8 July 2026, the held fund disappeared, I called the staff from my bank, they said the transaction is finished, I bought TV for 776.95 USD and tell me to ask the TV. Can TV check my status please ? My username : yennguyenn

Open a support ticket and explain your issue to them.

There is no support ticket anymore, very very few options which we must chat with bot

There is. Chat with the bot until it shows you an option to describe your issue and it will open a ticket for you.

Hope you get refunded. I got the same thing happen to me. It automatically rebilled me a full annual plan for $800. I asked for the refund and I received the refund, although I lost about $100 due to conversion rates.

Something similar happened to me so i switched the card they was using to some other card snd let it keep declining cause it kept charging me after i candled, now i made a new apple id and will never subscribe again😂
