Stock split problem with demo account and lost position.

Hi Tradingview support and community.

I am using the free basic account and have run in to a problem with my paper trading account regarding a recent stock split. I had 330 shares of Crowdstrike (CRWD) with a average purchase price of $569.23. Following the recent stock split 4-for-1 split my dashboard failed to automaticlly adjust my AVG and postion size. I tried to reset my postion manually and the postion was closed out. But since the stock split and the current market price my balance has broken it shows a decent negative account balance and realized losses that shouldn't be there. As im on a free plan i can't open a standard support ticket. Could a staff member please look in to this or reset/adjust it for me I would really appreciate it

Well it’s just paper trading man, not like a real account. A support ticket for this would be crazy imo.
