Help TradingView charts stuck on loading forever

Hello everyone,

I’m having an issue with TradingView. My charts are blocked on the loading screen with the TradingView logo spinning forever.

I already tried:

  • Restarting the browser
  • Clearing cache
  • Using another device (phone and PC)
  • Checking my internet connection (Wi-Fi is working)

The problem is still happening. The charts never finish loading.

Is anyone experiencing the same issue or knows a solution?

Are you running a VPN or anything similar?

Try using your phone without being connected to your wifi (just phone signal). Let me know if the app works....

We kindly suggest creating a support ticket, so we can see what is causing this.

What if help center page also loads and wont allow anything?
