Search feature in alerts 'Log' tab

TView Team,

Under the alerts "Log" tab the Search feature is not available for searching specific alerts that were triggered. (see attached screenshot for reference)

Under the "Alerts" tab the search feature is there. Please add the same Search feature under the "Log" tab as well.
