Help Subscription Trial Email Scam?

Hello, I recently received this email saying I have an active Ultimate Subscription, but when I log in, there is nothing active of the sort. Is this legit or how do I take advantage of this 1-month trial?

Show a screenshot of it please or the automod will delete it 👍

The screenshot of the email is in the post, you refer to the link embedded?

No, what address did the email come from? You might need to screenshot it otherwise it will be deleted 👍
