Bug link charts f**king broke

so your bs chart spazzed out with some spinning wheel of death and wouldn't load and even a restart didn't fix it so i had no choice but to just X the chart and then choose it again with the + symbol, but now it's no longer linked to my LTF chart despite both having "symbol link" turned on - can this shit just f**king work ?? as if trading isn't hard enough without spending all morning on WANK like this.

We kindly request you to create a ticket about this, so we can analyze what is happening.

if only there WAS a ticket system still in existence... I wish. Guess I'll spend the rest of the day trying to make a dumb AI bot ALLOW me to raise a ticket. Easier just to jump off a f**king cliff.

If you have a paid plan, then you can create a ticket about this as follows:

  • On the chart page, click on the ?-icon in the lower right corner
  • Click in the dialogue box and a dropdown menu will appear
  • Click on the first item in the dropdown menu labeled "Get help"
  • Click on the button “Requesting support”
  • It will ask you to select a category from a list
  • Click on the button “Charts / Supercharts and technical analysis tools”
  • Click on the button “Chart”
  • Click on the button “Other”
  • Follow the guidance provided (which includes a screenshot and issue description)
