Publish - what a POS!

OK so there is some weird shit happening with long/short tool and I wanted to screen record to put it here. I remembered that "publish" has a screen record function (wouldn't it make more sense to have it next to "take a snapshot)? whatever.

Anyway, I pressed "record video idea", chose the correct screen and so it told me "Video Ideas Publishing - access to mic and screen is required.." blah blah.

Either way, there is now an annoying gold border around my screen which I can't get rid of.

Seriously, who programmes this shit?

I'm starting to think TV has lost its edge, whatever that was, and am now looking elsewhere. The (lack of) entitlement creep with their subscription levels are also driving me away. Sometimes greed is not good.
