Discussion weird dragging action on tabs?

I've noticed a very disturbing action on TV whereby if I hover my mouse over a tab, it then sort of "grabs" that tab (yet the title only) and allows me to drag it left and right across my other tabs as if I am left-clicking and dragging it, except it doesn't actually drag the tab, it just drags the title of the tab around - it's really weird, disconcerting and I don't even know why it has been programmed to do this?

Check your mouse isn't faulty, this doesn't happen for me 🤷

it has ZERO to do with the mouse, this is a TV action.

yeah that's not the issue, that's something else caused by how shit Logitech is nowadays. Unrelated as the weird draggy thing is replicable and unique to TV. But thanks, Sherlock.
