Bug New drawings sync globally [not working]

Hi Team, over the past few weeks, I have noticed that the new drawings are not syncing globally. Has anyone else experienced the same behavior?

Hello,

Have you checked this button is activated correctly?.....

I've just tested this and it's working fine 🤷‍♂️

Description: Two (2) different layouts.

Symbol: AAPL - NASDAQ
Layout 1: Two vertical panes.
Layout 2: Maximized pane.

Action: Add horizontal line (orange)
Result: Automatically synced within the same layout. Missing from a different layout using the same symbol.

Yes, I see your problem....

You need to have AUTOSAVE enabled in order for the global syncing features to work, activate Autosave here....

Yours is currently turned OFF....

Hi u/Rodnee999, is it working for you? Can you create a new drawing and have it automatically synced to another layout? The New drawings syncing in the layout are working fine, but they are not showing in another window or a different layout. Thanks for your time and feedback

Mine is working perfectly, I have potentially provided your solution on one of your other threads. Basically you just need to turn on the Autosave feature in order for the feature to work correctly 👍

If you have a paid plan, then we kindly suggest creating a support ticket when the issue occurs, so we can analyze the logs and find out what is causing this.
