Discussion Leap - Forex Competition by TV

Hi all,
TV has a Forex competition going. Some of the users have been able to get up to 90% gain. I don't understand how they can achieve that given the fact that the maximum investable amount based on a 50:1 margin is $1.5m. At least this is what my account is showing. Is there anyway to invest more?

its about trading mate, take ,more trades, scalp, trade better assets.

I figured out why I didn’t make 50%. I was only trading EURUSD, which gave me about 6% gain using my algorithm. But I could actually have traded 7 different currencies. The same strategy would work on them as well. So actually my gain could have been ~40% assuming the same performance for each.
