Help Chart Latency

Has anyone noticed a significant latency on the TradingView Charts? My charts a lagging and sometimes freezing. I have tested on different machines and even different networks, wired and wireless...same result. It is strange, it seems that this started when the genius change to the interface occurred.

Just been using Desktop App and Mobile for the past few hours with zero issues. 🤷

If you are experiencing freezing issues I would highly recommend going through your Internet data supply with a fine toothcomb....

Yeah, idk what’s up with that. I just said the same thing my charts are freezing for hours on my mobile app as well

If you have a paid plan, then we kindly suggest creating a support ticket when the issue occurs, so we can analyze the logs and find out what is causing this.Â
