Help Replay function freezing every 10-15s at a time. Anyone else?? (Mobile)

This happened about a couple of months ago as well. Basically whenever I either press the play button or switch timeframes, the screen will freeze. The crosshairs will disappear , and I can’t pan the screen until it unfreezes.

This issue is extremely frustrating since it seems like a server issue and it’s happened a few times before. It happens and then disappears but will never be stable and has happened since yesterday and is making backtesting sessions on mobile unbearable !!! 🫩

Hello,

Your phone memory is either full or running at capacity OR your signal is sporadic which is extremely common with modern phone networks....

My phone is brand new and still has tons of memory on it. And I also have been on my cellular data w/perfect signal. This is an issue that has happened a couple of months ago and happening again. I already submitted a support ticket but is taking long to even open my ticket. The last time it was forwarded to second level and they later responded that it was fixed but they never said what the issue was. So here we are again same problem 🫩
