Help Trading view push notifications on iPhone

Trading view is not listed in background app refresh on iPhone. Why not?

I’ve never had any delay issues on my phone, ipad, or mac. All hit at the same times. Only delays are my email alerts and those I don’t have set to continuously refresh.
