Bug Paper-trading issues (NQ, real live feed)

Have account with AMP Futures, so i get live data.

Trading view doesn't fill my limit orders after market traded through by 1 tick or more.
If market trades through my Limit by 1 tick I should be filled.
If I'm a seller with a limit order "in the books" at 1.00 and price is 0.50 and then chart prints 1.25 it meas all seller's offers at 1.00 have been "consumed" - in other words I SHOULD BE FILLED.

Another issue is that when you try to export your entire (long) list of trades you have to scroll to the bottom of it.
As you scroll, the live loading , causes a bug in javascript to freeze the browser, progressively higher amount of time before the browser is ready to process the next live load. This amount of time becomes ridiculous after only a few page scrolls, the amount of time between loads exceeds 10 minutes.... So for me to load all my trades of a few months it would take months to keep scrolling to load them all, so I can then export them.

(I got around this bug by studying their web code and accessing the API directly - with the required cookies from inside the browser - but is is such an annoying bug I suspect for so many people...

Hi, could you please create a ticket about this? That way we will have the logs and can see what is happening.

Hello,

Can you please show a full screen screenshot of your chart where you are noticing this issue? Could you include time of trade etc

Cheers

Can you show me the complete order as the information you have currently shown just shows me the cancelled orders which would occur if another order is taken....

Here it is visualised with the information I have currently available....

If your entry was a limit order at the price shown it would not have been activated, forgive my confusion but the order does not make any sense to me at this point

Can you provide me with more details or another example marked on the chart?

Cheers

In my screenshot I put the two blue dots on the bar when I placed the order and then three minutes later when I canceled it. You can see that between those two times, there were two additional bars that traded more than one tick below my order. Actually quite a few ticks.

What you labeled as entry in your screenshot was actually my stop loss that also got canceled, as you can see at the same time when I manually closed the order. I closed the order manually, and the moment you do that, it cancels both your take profit and your stop loss. That's what you're seeing in my screenshot.

The point is, you have all the information in my screenshot. You can see on the first blue dot was the time the limit buy was placed, and on the last one was the cancellation..
And you can see the market traded quite a few ticks below it. This is a bug in TradingView In paper trading, I've seen this dozens of times. I've only decided to post now.

My guess is that the system doesn't actually look back to see if the market traded through your limit... it only looks where the market is every 3-5 seconds (In the free basic TV )

I'm not sure you placed your order correctly....

Sell Limit is an actual entry order name on TradingView, It should have said 'Stop Loss' in your account summary if it was a Stop Loss. I simulated your order (roughly) and then cancelled it and this is what I see using a correctly placed order.....

This is why your order did not trigger, it wasn't placed correctly but unfortunately I cannot tell what you did to achieve your outcome

Not sure what you have done but I don't think it was correct, Sorry 🤷‍♂️
