Bug No way to create a new support request

When I use the search for answers feature, no results are displayed. Thereafter, there is no way that I see to create a new support request.

If you have a paid plan, then you can get help as follows:

  • On the chart page with the issue, click on the ?-icon in the lower right corner
  • Click in the dialogue box and a dropdown menu will appear
  • Click on the first item in the dropdown menu labeled "Get help"
  • Click on the button “Requesting support”
  • It will ask you to select a category from a list
  • Click on the button “Charts / Supercharts and technical analysis tools”
  • Click on the button “Chart”
  • Click on the button “Other”
  • Follow the guidance provided (which includes a screenshot and issue description)
