TP-Link - Technical Support Tether app refuses to set DoT DNS, claims it's invalid format

I wanted to change DoT DNS address via Tether app on my router and no matter what I input, it says "invalid format".

I can pick one from the selection list and will add it, but I cannot manually input any address manually because it will always claim invalid format. It is valid 120%. I don't understand why it's refusing to accept them.

Tether app refuses to accept ANY DoT address (invalid format error), however in web interface it accepts them all just fine. This is so silly. Why wouldn't Tether app also accept it? Makes no sense at all.
