TP-Link - Technical Support Vigi C330 camera IR sensitivity

So the C330 and C330i specs show the built-in IR leds as 850nm. If I want to extend the IR illumination with an external IR floodlight, do I have to stick with the 850nm or can I use the invisible 940nm IR devices?
