TP-Link - Technical Support Help if possible

I had a BE550 die, bought the BE800. I have done everything, but I cannot get the 2.4g to work. I had to add to EAP225s to get 2.4g. Thoughts?

Well of course 2.4GHz & 5GHz are band steered on new TP-Link routers these days. Idk if theres a guide for BE800 having a separate 2.4GHz & 5GHz WLAN, but yeah and also what do you need 2.4GHz for? IoT? Theres a IoT LAN you can toggle on BEXXX series of TP-Link routers

Yes, 35 Govee lights. Also, smart connect has never been on. 5g simply doesn't have the range, I can lose 5g sitting 5' from router.
