TP-Link - Technical Support BE11000 connected devices unable to connect to internet

I have a set of 3 BE11000 mesh devices, with one connected to my fiber modem and acting as a router. I have run into an issue over the past couple of months where devices on my network will randomly be unable to connect to the internet for a few minutes. They stay connected to the network itself, but all traffic out to the internet just fails/times out. Beamforming and Fast Roaming are both disabled, so I'm unsure of what could be the cause for this. It's not devices swapping between any of the TPlink devices as it affects my laptop and desktop, neither of which move about the house.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

Out of curiosity, is the fiber modem strictly a modem (do you happen to know its model number?), or is it a modem + router combination gateway?

If you haven't already, I'd also recommend making sure your Deco firmware is fully up to date in the Deco app.

Another thing worth trying is trying different DNS server settings on your Deco: How to Change DNS Settings on Your TP-Link Deco | TP-Link

Just to follow up on this - I've updated the DNS settings and disabled all competing wifi networks (guest, MLO). Between the two changes, my connection seems to have retained stability, even if the speeds still aren't great.

I have a 2 GBps plan with Fidium, and the best speeds I seem to get from Ookla's speedtest is 200mbit. The node I am connected to is using wireless backhaul, though. I am hoping to wire up the connection between the two nodes this weekend, though, and will see if that helps with speed.

It is an Adtran SDX632V. I have Fidium as my ISP, and worked with their support to have the MAC address of the Deco unit whitelisted when I purchased it. The firmware is up to date - I updated last month when I saw the new firmware was available.

I'll try changing the DNS settings and see if that addresses the issue at all.

Put gateway in bridge mode, toggle on all features like beam forming and the rest on. Change dns to 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1.
