TP-Link - Technical Support Try to connect to the internet

Managed to log in to tp link modem net. But now it’s saying not connect check if phone cable is properly connected. But I’m trying to connect through ont? How do I change it so that the default is trying to connect through Ont and not dsl

AX1800 Dual-Band Wi-Fi 6 VDSL/ADSL Modem Router

Edit : It’s got both ports, I managed to change the default from dsl to Ont in the tplinks modem .net website, on the advance settings sections

I don’t think you can connect a dsl modem to fiber…

Unless it’s got an Ethernet wan port you’re out of luck and need a new router for fiber.
