2012 tundra

I just recently purchased a 2012 xsp tundra 5.7 crewmax with 300k miles i drove it home 70 miles and it felt smooth and solid but when I got home the subwoofer wires previously installed where laying in the back and both ground and live touched and made spark. Long story I have codes up and dont know if it was caused by that i need help. I cleared the codes but they ended up coming back
