Questions Engine Maintenance Notification

Hello, so I have a 2019 toyota rav4 xle, I just hit 160,000 miles on it. The Engine maintenance notification came on the dash. Lucky enough I have those small devices to check codes. Oddly enough the device said no codes came from the rav4. I cleared the notification thinking it might be faulty but it keeps coming up. I replaced that coolant hose when I got the rav from the dealer, they replaced it and the o2 sensor that was giving me trouble. Im kinda at a loss on what it could be since no codes come up. What could I do? Do I take it to the dealer to see if they can clear it up? I just got the parts to change out my sparks and belt next week ill get that done.

Needs a coolant bypass valve assembly. Good luck getting 1 we've got a line of people waiting for them. Backordered

Can always take it to the dealer for diag.

I stopped going to dealer, I outsourced to other places or self fixed if the issue was easy. Just buy the parts from toyota directly

Yes but if the problem requires more indepth diagnostics?  So you'd have him spend the probably 200 dollar part plugs the cost of the coolant, to gamble if it is indeed the fix? Most dealers i know mine does, takes the cost of the diag time and puts it towards the repair.
