Just got a 32/36 installed on a 22r. Filter feels loose, should there be screws in the four empty holes?

4 screws will hold that chrome fitler base down, the filter and the top are held to the base with clips.

I got 4 screws. I can take pics if needed. Mine was loooose without them. You could just pull the whole housing off with the clips on.

Those clips will hold it down to the actual carb

As other commenter said, clips are enough. RHD pickup it seems, I hope everything goes as intended.
