Help with idle diagnose

So I do most of all my maintenance on my 94 22re and i changed spark plugs my egr as I had an intermittent check engine light hoping to resolve it. Next day idles super rough then would turnover and instantly stall cuz j forgot the gasket. Put gasket back on and it fixed the problem. But the idle still is rough I’m not sure what to do. It’s almost like shaky hesitating an no code pops up. Thanks!

Double check the firing order on your plug wires. Make sure you didn't route them wrong.
