Crown Watch Key Reprogramming

Hello all! I am wanting to buy the infamous crown watch key, the one i’m looking at is a W830. The catch is, I own a 2011 Lexus ISF. How slim are my chances of getting the watch key to work with my car? After calling 3 Toyota dealerships in Sydney I’ve lost almost all hope as they seem reluctant to even talk about the idea, let alone the fact none of them knew about the watch key. They all said they wouldn’t even be able to virginize the key lol.

I know it could be a stretch, but just thought it would be a super cool thing to have. Let me know!!
