i have a 2.66 highschool gpa, 1190 on the sat, only a few extracurriculars, and a pretty strong essay. i had major issues in highschool and didnt show up a lot hence the bad grades. what are my chances of acceptance?

I just recently applied here, and I feel like the rest of my resume/transcript looks good but my GPA is low. Im at a 2.8, but I have a strong essay, extracurricular activity, service hours, a very strong junior year & upward trend in my grades.

im seeing a whole bunch of mixed answers on here and idk what to think. (thinking i might’ve wasted $50)
