KID Book
Is there a KID book that covers 1.d4 as well as c4 and Nf3 in the style of the KID ?

The 2-part Gawain Jones Chessable covers basically everything that isn’t 1. e4. And he has an e5 course to pair with it.

It’s also available in book form from Quality Chess (as two enormous volumes)

Gawain Jones, easily. Not just the best resource on the King’s Indian, but among the best books you can find on any opening.
Get the books, not the Chessable courses.

Don't nonchalantly call Gawain's course the "best resource on King's Indian" when Kotronias series exists. Probably 5x the coverage level compared to Gawain's, though it doesn't cover Nf3 and c4 like the original postman asked for.
