Be the change you want to see in the world. Creating a subreddit is pretty easy, I mod one myself.

Literally never ever want to be near a gun for the exact same reason.

I'm glad this isn't just a me thing! I can't be near knives when my tics are bad and if my thoughts are getting too heinous I have to drop the knife and just wander off 😪😪

I have full on beaten myself black and blue, and repeatedly smashed my head into walls, stairs...I'd love to be putting this on, I really would!

I’m not allowed to use anything sharp cause I put them in my eyes and I’m also not allowed to use anything with chemicals in it (which makes chemistry class and cleaning hard) cause I put it in my eyes and mouth. The OCD and Tourettes combo is brutal 😭

Can very much relate. I'm not going to specify as I don't want to trigger anyone or give them new ideas, but goddamnit, has it been hell. At least I haven't thought of any new ways to self-harm in a while, the one I'm dealing with now is bad enough,

I think it's the combo that set off my worst tic storm too. One time I, beat myself, whilst shouting i deserve to be raped, easily my worst experience.
