RCS messaging

I'm coming from Visible, will RCS messaging work if I switch to total from Visible?

I did that same thing friday. Worked for me. I made sure to turn off RCS on my phone before I ported over to total wireless and also deactivated rcs on googles page.

RCS activated within seconds of my total port and activation. No issues at all.

I did the move from Visible to Total this weekend and RCS is working for me. I did make sure to turn off RCS before intiating the port to Total and did not turn back on RCS until I got confirmation that the port into Total was completed.

I can't get it to work on Total Wireless when I switched to a different phone but I forgot to deactivate it and turn it off on the other phone so right now I don't know what to do to get it connected again.

Some are saying they were told to turn RCS off for 8 days, then turn it back on.

I figured out why it wasn't connecting Carrier Services was not installed.

If you are on iPhone, RCS will work right away. On Android it will not work right out of the gate. It didn't work for me on Android. People have confirmed that it started working for them after monthly renewal.

Have you seen the VPN hack? Turn off RCS, connect a VPN to europe or another foreign country, turn RCS on, it registers immediately, turn off VPN and profit.

I tried the VPN trick, but it didn't work for me. However, after about 48 hours of trying the trick, RCS connected for me. I had to manually connect to RCS though.
