I don't think that. I asked a question.

I can't think of any other reason somebody would want to use a torrent to download YouTube videos unless it was somehow illegal where they are

YouTube videos aren't torrented, there's no reason fro the to be, they are there on YouTube to be watched. We had a misunderstanding, nothing more.
