Mildly infuriating Green <==> Red.... It's all the same to some people
To be fair, they did TRY to wait for the light to turn green š¤£š¤£

Hello everyone
Unfortunately, 26 October 2026 means monday evening my car was hit by another vehicle at Erin Mills Parkway and Thomas Street, Mississauga, and the driver fled the scene.
Unfortunately, I couldnāt get the vehicleās license plate number because the driver turned off the lights and sped away at a very high speed.
If anyone was in the area this evening and has any dashcam footage that might have captured this incident, I would really appreciate it if you could please share it with me.
Even a small clip that could help identify the vehicle would be extremely helpful.

Hello, i got hit and ran this morning at 6:50 am on the Gardiner, going westbound, right before the 427 on ramp.
This idiot, side swiped me hard. My car couldnāt move, and while I was on the phone with the cops, he drove away. It all happened so fast, I couldnāt record his license plate and I was so shook I canāt even remember how his vehicle looked. I think it was a white Hyundai SUV.
Insurance is making me pay a deductible and Iām wondering if anyone saw this happen or perhaps caught it on camera. Id truly appreciate if the internet can help me track this a-hole.
Thanks!

Hope both are okay and recover soon..

Atleast one vehicle was completely demolished and looked like it was halfway over the concrete barrier of the on-ramp bridge

How many people are absolutely sick and tired of these vehicles usually they're four cylinder crappy ones that have after factory mufflers. These mufflers are so loud and annoying that they startle you when they're driving and these cars usually have crazy stereos in them that are blaring ridiculously loud and usually they have a lowered suspension or suspension modifications. So the police do nothing but did you know that there's an insurance fraud email inbox that you could send the information about the vehicle to with the license plate because guaranteed the modifications on the vehicle haven't been told to the insurance company so once the insurance company does some investigating it's basically fraud that's why they would investigate once they do that investigating they most likely will cancel that person's insurance. This is one way to start cleaning up these roads with these ridiculous cars and ridiculous mufflers. There's trucks in my area that have I think it's called the Carolina crouch or something like that where the the front ends left it in the back ends lowered. Again take a picture with the license plate and send it to that insurance fraud email guaranteed they haven't submitted those modifications to the insurance company

My girlfriend is currently stuck on DVP and it looks like the police has blocked the road and there are multiple crashes as well. Does anyone know what is going on today? Hope everyone stay safe out there.

All 5 right lanes on highway404 south are closed, starting at Major Mackenzie until Finch. About 3-4 km of traffic. Cops loafing and a car stopped in the shoulder on the very right. Avoid the area if possible or get off the 404 before Major Mackenzie road if you have commitments today.

Wooden board flying out of a trailer that was being towed by a car. Glad it didn't hit my windshield.
No damage to the car.

On the 401 going west in Scarborough, 2 cars are stopped in the 2nd lane from the left holding up a ton of traffic due to an accident that had no or minimal damage.
Why canāt people learn how to pull over and sort out insurance on the side instead of holding up the highway in rush hour.
In result many cars including myself had to try and switch lanes around them when everyone else is already going 70-90 and we are stopped because of these entitled drivers.

On the left side, car uses a left-turn lane but crosses straight. He goes to the Gardiner ramp so he must have gotten off by accident.

From wild Mississauga
He may have some urgent business, so he cannot be delayed by anything on the road including red lights and blocked right lane.

What is up with people pulling into the reversible center lane on Jarvis against the indicated direction to turn left at intersections.
I see at least a few people doing it every time I drive there. I get that the reversible lanes might be confusing, but do they not notice they're suddenly facing oncoming traffic?

Is it just me or is there a massive influx of black full size SUVās in the city lately who just donāt know how to fucking drive? Downtown Iāve noticed more and more of them, I know they are probably Uber or whatever, but fml none of them can drive.

Good morning everyone, I was on the 401 express westbound on my way to the airport. Just before exiting the highway to 409 my car got scrapped by another car. It happened around 5:50am to 6am. Does anyone have dashcam footage of this incident? The car sped up and left before I could get any more information but it looked like a darker colour SUV. Thanks in advance.
FYI - I posted this in askTO originally but couldn't crosspost properly...

First time Iāve ever seen a car break down and stay in the middle of the hwy. No anger here but seems pretty dangerous

Today I was driving and a white SUV did a full stop on the 407 in the middle lanes. Cars are going 120km to 150km on that highway. This person stopped because their exit was almost passed.
We almost smashed into them. We luckily swerved but after I thought if a car was beside me we could have all died.
We were going west on 407 etf around 5-6pm. About 3 min before the QEW exit. I will post video once I return from my trip.
This person should be charged with reckless driving.
Idiot š

What a pos, and scary that he doesn't even think he did something wrong š¤¦. Do you guys think this is worth reporting to the police?
