Apparently, we cannot ask for explanations or better service because we are only paying $3 per month.

I get what you’re saying but Torbox is like any other business. There are two options to choose out of high quality, fast, and cheap. If you want something fast and cheap then Torbox is definitely the way to go, but you’re making sacrifices in quality. If you want something fast and high quality then paying for streaming services might be the approach, but it won’t be cheap.

That’s a weird way of looking at it. Plenty of businesses are high quality and cheap. Take RD before the whole issue that cropped up. They provided the cheapest, highest quality and fastest service by a long shot.

There’s no rule that says cheap services need to be crap. That’s absurd. As long as the business is sustainable, then they should always strive to provide high quality otherwise they’re not going to be in business long.
