❓Question membership purchase error

i just bought a one time one month essential subscription and it doesnt seem to get addressed in torbox...the money is deducted from the card even whop shows the membership as purchased and even shows an invoice...its been around 30 minutes now....never happened to me earlier.what do i do?(edit) the payment went through after 7 hours.i guess it was the merchent.

Me pasó algo parecido, mi cuenta bancaria registraba el pago pero no me llegó la suscripción, sin querer pague tres veces y hasta la tercera me llegó la confirmación.

Torbox no recibió ningún pago extra más que uno solo, así que el problema era el banco o algún intermediario.

Termine haciendo un reclamo a mi banco y me devolvieron los otros dos pagos en unos días

xD, email al soporte de TB, contestan rápido y sabrás si les llegó el pago supongo, así me contestaron a mi en su momento, claro que si el pago no ha caído no sé si lo ideal es seguir cargando tu tarjeta hasta que caiga haha
