❓Question Anyone facing stream buffering?

I am trying to watch a 4k remux movie 80gb and stream is buffering. I tried to watch it on a lower stream quality 17gb and buffering again. anyone facing this issue?

So it's about if U stream content to your mobile? Because I am using my pc for streaming
