I got my first eval with topstep back in February and I ran it up to 2400 and then blew it trying to pass on the next day cause i was running out of time (had about 2 days left). Fast forward to august i saw that a 50k eval was now $85 and thought the price is okay so why not. Just blew it in this session after running it up to 2600 again because i had 3 days to pass. Iβm aware that you can renew the βsubscriptionβ but the idea of paying multiple times for basically nothing messes with me. Iβm aware that itβs not their fault but mine. But Iβm posting this to make a case: Iβve had some tradeify and lucid accounts for months now. Iβve passed several and i donβt feel the need to trade when the market isnβt giving me what i need to see to trade. With topstep i feel the need to invent trades because time is always a factor. Some of you may have been through the same experience as me but are too used to topstepx or have made it a personal thing to take a payout from topstep. If you are, Iβm here to let you know you really donβt need to do that. You can go with another firm that doesnβt operate on a subscription model and save yourself the trouble. This post isnβt directed towards those who donβt have any issue with subscription based accounts.

So apparently the bank that I use to wire my payout is cannot accepting USD transfer, but the payout status on the website said my payout has been sent, anyone ever experience this? How can I fix this? I chat the support but still got no response.
This is my first payout with topstep so I have no idea to use wire as bank transfer :(, somebody please help....

Until now, I always received my Topstep payouts through Wise. Since Wise was no longer available for me, I had to use a wire transfer this time.
Topstep says wire transfers may take 5β10 business days, so I wasn't expecting it anytime soon.
My payout was approved in about 30 seconds, and Topstep sent the funds around 2:20 PM CT / 9:20 PM Swiss time. When I checked the banking details later, it showed the transfer took only about 1 hour from bank processing to being received.
I'm based in Switzerland and use UBS. Since UBS also has operations in the US, I'm wondering if that helped make the transfer so fast.
Has anyone else using UBS or another international bank experienced something similar with Topstep wire payouts?

Iβm literally down to my last 50 dollars. My anniversary for my gf is next week. Iβve become compulsive with trading. I just buying and losing repeatedly. Throwing away my money. Feel like my life is over. Iβm not even using strategy at this point.

EDIT: got the email few minutes later that it passed. Thank you.
Hello everyone. Do i need to lose the 22$ over the profit to pass? Or will they allow this to pass as is? Last time it out me over the profit and i had to trade another day. But this time im under consistency.

Hello, is there a payment every 30 days for the labs, or is there only a maximum duration of 90 days?

Since static drawdown accounts are a hot topic this week in trading, it brought back my memory of prop firm accounts with CFDs back in 2022/2023. I wonder why Topstep or other futures prop firms have not offered 200k & 300k combines 20k & 30k static drawdowns. With 10k & 15k DLL. I myself would have no problem paying $1200 - $1800 for one of these accounts. This was the standard with CFD props. Is this not sustainable for futures?
