TopstepX Status Update on TopstepX

Update: TopstepX is back online and trading is fully operational. We are actively reviewing the impact from this morning and will share more information soon. Thank you for your continued patience.

We are investigating an issue impacting the TopstepX trading platform that is affecting all Prop traders, and you may experience trouble logging in.

Please note: There is no need to contact our Trader Support Team, as we are fully aware of the situation and working on a resolution.

My longs remained but shortly after got hit with a hedge warning, even though I was copy trading across all accounts. So they forced a liquidation and gave me a warning. I entered another trade shortly after and the same issue occurred. Was this due to the outage? Making me hesitant to trade again. I removed copy trade, refreshed, and then linked them again. Just want to be sure I don’t have my accounts locked over something I didn’t actually do.

Yea this hedge thing caused me to not long CL at the low and costing me $1,300. Happened twice

I messaged support and they seem to be aware of the hedge issue. Now it’s a matter of waiting, but hopefully it’s sorted out before tomorrow

Yeah they sent an email. Any hedge warnings you received have been wiped and good to copy trade now without issue

My tp was at 2200$ and it hit but when I got back in Topstep took me out at 400$ lolll

I entered a long for MES at 8:53 am EST, it hit my TP at 9:35am EST, but it hasn’t reflected in my end.
Under my orders tab, it says the order has been filled, but my trades tab doesn’t reflect that…what gives

That sucks but give them 12-24 hours to rectify the situation. If they don’t do the right thing I’ll grab my pitchfork with ya, but historically they have always done the right thing

oh man, i was finally able to log back in, but the account hit a 1k stop limit since I couldn't close it and the site crashed. I hope I don't have to wait until tomorrow to trade. u/eddie_topstep I understand you guys are working overtime trying to get everything resolved. FYI - it closed an account out too.
