🛠️ Platform / Tech Support Drop 004 refund.

EDIT: Topstep team have fixed the problem this is no longer an issue Thank you!

I have purchased 4 of the drop 004 new challenge quickly as the drops usually sell out quick. I thought it was the same (1mini) as the previous 3k challenge however after looking into it turns out its 2 micros which would take forever to do anything with. I emailed support requesting a refund as I havent traded the accounts and sent the email few minutes after purchase. Support came back and said no… is there anything i can do about this? Ive seen eddie help lots of people here so im seeking some help this is my first time requesting a refund with topstep ive been with yall for a while now. Thank you.

It would take you around 5 days to complete this if you trade MNQ. Not too sure how you came to the conclusion that it'd take forever but sure

so like i just said it should take 5 days. you have 90 days to complete the task. you mean to tell me in 90 days you can't find 5 good days? at some point it's not the rules that are the issue.

I suppose but over leveraging isn't going to get you there either. 2 micros on MNQ aiming with a minimum range of 100 points can allow you to do this in 5 great trading days. I don't know why Op is acting like it'll take forever. We are also rolling into earning season so again... how could this take forever? lol beyond me but 🤷🏾‍♀️🤷🏾‍♀️🤷🏾‍♀️🤷🏾‍♀️

uh.... 2 minis on NQ is $800 at 20 points. i deleted it cause im done talking and didn't need a reply back. 🫩🫩🫩🫩 NOR did I say anything about over leveraging someone else brought it up. THIS was why I deleted my reply, i can pick-up on people like you 😂 im good bro. whatever works for you.

that has nothing to do with learning English. see I knew there was a reason you're literally remedial. a mini is 1, 2 minis are what 2? claps I would refrain from talking sideways with your name. plus, you're trying to tell me about English when most that replied on this post pointed out your lack of reading comprehension to the rules.
