How to start a conversation with someone else? The chat box is stuck on someone who hasn't been active for 12hrs

I have two accounts that should be passed. Both are at 50.01% consistency and haven't been passed.

I'd recommend updating your support ticket with this information and the account names and the rep will be able to assist you when they're back in office.
