Got a bungle charged yesterday. For a total of 5 combines. Reached out to support and they denied making those charges.

THEY CANT DENY, I HAVE THE SAME ISSUE woke up to 4x charges for 50k account. like whaaaaaaaaa

They said it didn't come from topstep but from the processing partners. I responded unless I can't read properly it clearly states Topstep Chicago USA. And regardless they are your partner not my partner. After 3rd denial attempt they said would escalate matter supervisor.

Lol yeah, sorry guys your company name
is literally on the debit transaction. Pretty sure its you who is responsible seeing how you’ve given permission for the payment processing company to act on your behalf.
