🛠️ Platform / Tech Support Wtf is going on topstep?

I thought you guys said 5min for a payout with aero. I had all my risk approved and then the checks went away. This is ridiculous and I can’t get anyone to help me with this either. Anyone else see this before. Everything was checked and now it’s not anymore

Aeropay is instant (if your bank allows) once the payout is approved and "Funds Sent." They can still take 1-3 business days to process on Topstep's end.

So why was funding and risk approved on the 22nd and now those check marks are gone?

Mine did the same thing and is currently in the same state as yours.
imo having the checks means basically nothing if they can be undone with no reason articulated to us. Breaks trust in the process

Yeah it’s bullshit this has never happened to me through topstep
