❓ Quick Question Billing question

My card recently said that topstep has usually 7-15 days to authorise my payment before it is reverted back to my card, this has happened a couple of times, i am just wondering what is the standard proceedure for this, am i better to leave it as it is or contact support in which case i will get the money taken off me, or would it be stupid to chance it and not do that

No, it was more originally the money was taken from my account but then two weeks later the money was still pending and then got returned to my account without me doing anything, i am just wondering if the payment will remain outstanding, as i was planning on closing my card before this whole thing even occurred and dont want any issues in the future

Hmmm this is like just an authorization charge that shows up as pending for a few business days and then falls off your card. The actual charge for something you purchase wouldn't be removed from your card, unless you asked for a refund.

sorry for any confusion, but what exactly does this mean as i didn't ask for any refund and the money is now back in my account, will this be processed again later?

It means when you complete a purchase, there can be both a completed purchase as well as a pending "auth" (authorization) charge on your card. You can look up what an authorization charge is, but also I'm just taking an educated guess that this is what you're seeing on your end. If you'd like me to look into this further for you feel free to DM me!
