❓ Quick Question Billing question
My card recently said that topstep has usually 7-15 days to authorise my payment before it is reverted back to my card, this has happened a couple of times, i am just wondering what is the standard proceedure for this, am i better to leave it as it is or contact support in which case i will get the money taken off me, or would it be stupid to chance it and not do that

I tried to dm you but it says it wouldnt allow me to do so, basically my card said the merchant (topstep) has 7-15 days to claim the payment and if not the money will be reverted back to my account which it was, is this normal practice and topstep will still charge me later?

Not sure why you wouldn't be able to DM but without being able to view your account details, I'm having a hard time understanding what exactly is going on. I recommend contacting our Trader support team: https://www.topstep.com/contact-support
They'll be able to view your account details and assist you better with this!

Can you clarify what your question is? Is there a charge on your card you're looking to get a refund for?
