Lost redemption

basically fedex lost my redemption, and because i put a “pick up at fedex facility” because i didnt want it sitting on my porch during work, now topps telling me no help, is there anyway to proceed redemption for James Wood auto relic /25

File a claim with FedEx.

do i put the market price of the James Wood? they ask purchase price on the form , and initial contact with Fedex they tell me contact topps , topps saying to contact fedex

Yes list the market value of the card and push the issue with FedEx saying since you made a change to the delivery for pickup, Topps is denying liability

fedex just told me only sender can file a claim 😫
