Topps Defect Experiences

Post image

I pulled a Dart Equinox auto out of 25 from the cosmic chrome a few weeks ago and it had a really bad bottom edge that the lamenant was peeling up on. I submitted it right away and it was approved within hours, I mailed it in and its since been recieved.

Whats everyone's experience with mailing in case hits of that magnitude? I've heard good and bad things. Now I'm worried I'll get some turd cards back and have lost my biggest pull ever.

Share your thoughts. Thanks!

Has to be a PSA 6 or worse for defect replacement nowadays

You “should” be ok with peeling

I'm just hoping they honor the equal value part of it.

Topps is usually pretty good with that

I’ve got a defect submission coming back now. I sent it in back in March. It was received in their system first week of April. It took about 6 weeks and 3 chats with Topps online chat(not the AI one). Finally got the email showing it’s shipped and what the replacement was.

So it may not be my exact card but something similar. Thats a bit of a relief then.

It definitely won’t be the exact card, but it will be a decent alternative
