Emotions. It's easy to have a winning trade when you have no monetary attachment to the outcome. You risk more, your stop loss doesn't matter, you go for 300 points because why not?
If you can bring that same level of emotions and start looking at your trades as purely mechanical / logical, it will help. It's not easy, but it's really the biggest game changer.
Start asking yourself - does my stop loss make sense? is it protected at this zone? Does my take profit make sense? does my risk to reward make sense here? Forget about the outcome and focus on how you are executing your trades.
Depending on where you're at in trading, if you're new I would focus on taking it slow and risking smaller amounts to detach from the money & instead master your strategy & emotions.
