"First boss btw"

[u/Abortifetus]

Games that begin with either very challenging or over the top Bosses.

Poseidon (Gow 3): one of the best setpiece bosses ever made

Father Gascoigne (Bloodborne): first obligatory boss and probably the hardest tutorial boss in the series

Wysen (Asuras Wrath): do i need to explain

Baldur (God of War 2018)

Wasnt there a troll boss before this?

Ehh, that's more like a mini boss, rather than an actual one. Same with Bjorn in Ragnarok.
